The property is new, great spa facilities, relaxing atmosphere, amazing pool until 11pm, best breakfast, kind and helpful staff.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The spa facilities were fantastic and open till late. The hotel gave me e-bikes for free, which I used to discover the nearby landscapes. The staff was very kind, helpful and smiling. I had a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant. My room was huge with its own sauna and had a nice design. In addition, the pool was large and open till 11 pm.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food, with a variety of options and constantly refreshed buffet. the dining area is cozy and pleasant. the quality of service is high, and staff is helpful and friendly, making you feel welcome. the room is spacious and well designed, equipped with all essentials for a comfortable stay.
The outdoor pool is not heated, which makes it uninviting to swim in colder seasons.

The spa and wellness centre was luxurious and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were stunning with plenty of sun loungers and a sun terrace. the service was impeccable and we indulged in a full body massage and beauty treatments that were unique and reasonably priced. The restaurant had an extensive menu with special diet menus and the breakfast had a wide range of delicious options. Cons: the only minor issue was that the turkish bath and sauna were not as hot as we would have liked. this hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs and we will definitely return.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the spa facilities offered by the hotel, which included saunas, emotional showers, and a swimming pool. I appreciated the free e-bikes which allowed me to explore the beautiful surrounding landscapes. The hotel’s restaurant also had delicious food, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
There were some language barriers as many of the staff members spoke mostly German or Italian, and sometimes communication was a bit difficult.

the location was perfect as it was very close to the train station, making my travel easy. the complimentary Wi-Fi was very helpful as I had to work for extended hours even after office hours. the staff was friendly and courteous at all times.
the TV channels were limited, and I could not find any channel in a language other than the local language.
